Joe brings almost 30 years of experience in the Substance Abuse treatment field to Hope House Boston Boston, covering a wide range of expertise. His first full-time position was at Hope House Boston Boston in Boston as Business Manager. Prior to that, he was working in the accounting department of Badger Engineers, a subsidiary of Raytheon. A native of Oak Square in Brighton, he is also a long-term member of Allston-Brighton PAUSES,  formerly the Allston Brighton Substance Abuse Task Force, so coming to work at Hope House Boston Boston is kind of a homecoming. Prior to joining Hope House Boston Boston, Erik practiced law in Connecticut and Massachusetts in a sole proprietorship and within firms.

Mary-Kate comes to the Hope House Boston Boston with a wealth of management as well as life experience. Mary-Kate has always felt passionate about taking care of others, and spreading the knowledge of self-care. She studied nutrition at the University of UMass in Lowell, and then embarked on a 10 year journey of running some of Boston’s most well-loved restaurants.
